FlexOnyx’s high-capacity approach tackles this problem head-on, aiming to handle up to 200 tons per hour of plastics to make 23,000 barrels per day of refined products like ULSD, SAF and naphtha.

This will ensure a consistent feedstock supply, even as we expand. Imagine a well-oiled machine—but with plastics as the lifeblood.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a state-of-the-art refinery capable of handling 1.6 million tons of waste plastics annually. We’ve already taken the first steps in our phased approach:
1. Make a plan: We’ve spent years developing our vision, including creating a replicable template that gives us a competitive edge.
2. Develop the first plant: Using our template, we can begin work on FlexFeed™ projects anywhere in the world.
3. Rinse and repeat: our vision is to build over 20 facilities worldwide – eventually removing over 30 million tons of plastic waste annually… I told you – we dream at scale!
